Ferivan Modelbouw ships insured parcels with the Belgian Post. Shipping costs depend on the weight. The Customer confirms that the delivery address provided in the electronic order form on the Ferivan Modelbouw website is correct. Ferivan Modelbouw is not responsible for faulty delivery if this was caused by the Customer incorrectly specifying the delivery address.
The Customer is obliged, if the package could not be delivered to him due to absence, to collect the package from the collection point where the package is available. If the Customer has NOT collected his parcel and the transport company has to return it to him, the costs of returning the parcel will be deducted from the possible refund. If the customer repeatedly fails to collect his orders, Ferivan Modelbouw has the right to refuse future orders.
stock levels, an item may not be in stock when ordered. Ferivan Modelbouw will
make every effort to deliver the ordered items as quickly as possible. The
final delivery time also depends on the chosen transport company, which is
responsible for delivery to the customer.
Delivery can be made to a home address or, if available, a collection point.
- Shipping costs for Belgium are € 8 (€ 3 for small parts).
- Shipping to the Netherlands costs € 19 (€ 6 for small parts).
- Shipping to Germany costs € 19 (€ 6 for small parts).
- Shipping to France costs €19 (€6 for small parts).
- Shipping to Great Britain costs €36 (€12 for small parts).
- Shipping costs for other countries on request.
Collection is only possible by appointment.
If, on receipt of the parcel, the Customer finds that it does not contain the products he ordered, he must notify Ferivan Modelbouw by Mail/Letter/Fax.
If the products are damaged by the transport company, Ferivan Modelbouw will only intervene if the shipment was insured. You must contact Ferivan Modelbouw within 2 working days of receipt and take a photo of the damaged delivery.
If the products are damaged and require repair under warranty, the Customer must notify Ferivan Modelbouw by Mail/Brief/Fax before returning them.
All shipping costs associated with a return and any replacement shipment following the return are always the responsibility of the Customer.
